For manufacturers and partners
What Pikhta buys and how we work with factories
Pikhta Tech LLC (ООО «Пихта Тех»), Russia — an engineering supplier and integrator of edge AI computers and cameras. We buy boards, boxes, NPU cards and cameras from contract manufacturers (ODM): standard models in a configuration we fix, under our part number and marking. We sell in Russia under the Pikhta brand — not under the factory’s brand. This page is for factories, module and sensor vendors, and integration partners: what we buy, what we add, what we need, and how the RFQ goes.
01
Who we are
| Company | Pikhta Tech LLC, Russia — a Russian legal entity, general tax regime (VAT payer); company details on the company page and in the contract |
|---|---|
| What we do | engineering supplier and integrator of edge computers (edge AI computers with NPU) for on-device inference — machine vision, industrial automation, robotics, language models — and cameras for them: we buy hardware from contract manufacturers, install our own Linux system image, run incoming inspection, kit and pack the units, and supply integrators and end customers in Russia with our documents and our warranty |
| Experience | the team has run machine-vision systems in production since 2021 — 1,200 sites, 24/7 |
| Our role toward a factory | OEM customer: our specification, our part number, our marking. Not a distributor |
02
What we buy
Product classes, not brands. The target configuration of every SKU is on its catalog page.
| Edge computers, Rockchip | RK3588 fanless boxes and boards (single-board computers for embedding) |
|---|---|
| Edge computers, Jetson | NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano / Orin NX boxes and carrier boards — quoted with the Jetson module installed and, separately, without the module |
| M.2 NPU accelerator cards | M.2 cards on Axera AX8850 and Rockchip RK1828 |
| Cameras | global-shutter USB cameras (AR0234); IP PoE ONVIF cameras — indoor without IR illumination and outdoor IP67; MIPI CSI camera modules (IMX477 / IMX219) |
| Radio | base units without Wi-Fi / BT / LTE; radio modules only as a separately agreed option |
Specifications per SKU — catalog; the spec tables are identical in the Russian and English versions. Spec text for RFPs as one file — /en/spec.txt.

What we add
What we add to the hardware before a unit reaches the customer.
- Our own Linux system image: the SoC vendor's kernel with our patches (Rockchip) or JetPack (Jetson), pinned runtimes, camera drivers.
- Signed OTA updates with A/B rollback, delivered from the customer's network.
- Incoming inspection of every unit; a security check of every IP camera and every sample: port scan, control of outbound connections, cloud and P2P disabled.
- Our labeling and part number; product passport (Russian regulatory data sheet).
- EAC declaration (EAEU conformity) as the importer.
- 1-year warranty with swap stock and an RMA procedure.
- Open test method and test bench — bench results are published under Pikhta part numbers, the factory is not named; spec text for our customers' tenders (RFPs).
04
What we need from a factory
The checklist we send with every RFQ.
- 01A fixed configuration of a standard model, built to our specification (memory, storage, options, firmware settings) — the same from batch to batch; no custom tooling unless agreed separately.
- 02BSP (board support package) and driver source code, or long-term access to them — NDA on request.
- 03Camera firmware with cloud and P2P disabled and a unique password per unit.
- 04OEM marking (Latin part numbers, e.g. PH-K40; the Cyrillic form appears only in Russian documents), packaging, and data for the product passport: model, hardware revision, serial-number format, electrical ratings, country of manufacture.
- 05Samples first, then production batches.
- 06Warranty term, DOA (dead-on-arrival) window and RMA terms: repair or replace, who pays freight.
- 07Documents for the EAC declaration: existing test reports (safety and EMC; IP rating and vibration where claimed), certificate of origin.

How we work
- RFQ by e-mail — write in English or Chinese; we reply in English.
- We buy finished, factory-tested units — not SKD/CKD kits. We flash our own system image in Russia; the factory ships units with its standard BSP and production-test firmware.
- We sign an NDA on request — yours or ours.
- Samples before the first production order.
- Repeat production batches rather than a single large order.
- We do not publish supplier names or product photos without written consent.
- Prices and volumes are not published on this website; quantity tiers are stated in each RFQ.
- In your quotation we expect: unit price at the quantity tiers stated in the RFQ; MOQ and lead time for samples and batches; Incoterms and payment terms; available certificates and test reports; BSP / SDK access terms; warranty term, DOA window and RMA terms; marking and packaging options; NRE, if any.

Catalog and specifications
14 SKUs in four groups — catalog. The spec tables are identical to the Russian version; the origin row of every SKU states which part is the factory's and which is ours.
07
What we are not
Not a distributor. Not a reseller of boxes as-is. Not the factory’s brand — we sell in Russia under the Pikhta brand.
Every unit ships with our system image, our documents and our warranty.
