1. General provisions
This policy defines how the personal data of users of the website https://firai.ru (the Site) is processed and protected by the operator — Pikhta Tech LLC (ООО «Пихта Тех») (INN 9729405410, OGRN 1257700348509, address: 26 Michurinsky Prospekt, room 1/14, Ramenki municipal district, Moscow, 119192, Russia); hereinafter the Operator. The policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation.
2. What data and why
The Operator processes the data that users enter themselves in the forms on the Site:
- e-mail address, company name, role in the company — to issue the requested materials (test program, document pack) and to reply to the request;
- company INN (Russian tax ID) — to prepare the document pack and the quotation;
- sample delivery address, comments to the request — to ship samples and to prepare a reply;
- name — to address you in correspondence;
- technical data (IP address, user agent, submitting page, UTM tags) — for spam protection and to record the source of requests.
The Operator does not ask for personal phone numbers in forms. The data is not used for mailings without a separate request from the user.
3. Legal grounds
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, given by ticking the checkbox when a form is submitted (Art. 6, part 1, item 1 of 152-FZ), and on the performance of a contract or the steps preceding its conclusion taken at the data subject's initiative (item 5).
4. Storage and protection
Form data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. Access is limited to the Operator's employees who need it to reply to the request. Organizational and technical measures apply: access control, encrypted channels (TLS), logging. Notifications of new requests are delivered to employees through a service bot in a messenger; the content of a notification is limited to the form fields.
5. Retention
Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the last request, or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not transfer data to third parties except in the cases provided for by law. Processors may be a hosting provider in Russia and a web-analytics service (Yandex Metrica) working with anonymized data; session replay (Webvisor) is disabled on pages with forms.
7. Rights of the data subject
A user may request information about the processing, demand that the data be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and withdraw consent. Requests are sent to info@firai.ru with the subject “Personal data”. Response time — 10 business days.
8. Cookies
The Site uses only analytics cookies (if Yandex Metrica is enabled); the Site sets no cookies of its own. Disabling cookies in the browser does not restrict access to the content of the Site.
9. Changes
The Operator may update this policy; the current revision is always available at https://firai.ru/en/legal/privacy/ (Russian version — https://firai.ru/legal/privacy/).
