General requirements for the product and the supplier

The same for every SKU: warranty, replacement units, documents, fleet management inside your network perimeter, integration without per-channel licenses, acceptance per the test program.

  1. 1.Warranty: at least 12 months from the delivery date for edge computers and cameras.
  2. 2.Service: the replacement unit ships from the supplier's warehouse in Russia no later than 2 business days after RMA confirmation (delivery by carrier); for batches from 10 units — spares included in the delivery under the contract (a spare unit on site); pickup of the faulty unit — courier booked no later than 2 business days after the replacement ships; swap stock and spare parts at 3–5 % of each batch at the supplier's warehouse in Russia.
  3. 3.Documents at delivery: EAC declaration for the product, product passport in Russian with the serial number, datasheet, installation guide; vendor security questionnaire — on request under NDA. Status of the supplier's documents per SKU — firai.ru/en/procurement/#docs.
  4. 4.Updates: OTA updates of the system image and the model container with automatic rollback (A/B, Mender / RAUC class mechanism), signed images, from the customer's network, no vendor cloud; integration into the customer's fleet-management (device management) platform — per project at the customer's request.
  5. 5.Integration: the customer's model and service are accepted as a container (ONNX / RKNN / TensorRT); outbound connections only to customer-defined addresses, no vendor cloud; no per-camera, per-channel or per-fleet licenses.
  6. 6.Image security: access only with the customer's keys, no vendor keys in the image; outbound connections only to customer-defined addresses; list of open ports — in the vendor security questionnaire; secure boot, integrity verification and data-at-rest encryption — per project at the customer's request.
  7. 7.Product system software: maintained by the supplier — fixes for critical defects in the kernel, drivers, runtimes and the update mechanism with a response time of no more than 4 business hours; changelog and component versions with every release; option to install the supplier's components on the customer's standard base OS or to hand over source code under contract.
  8. 8.Acceptance: per the test program with report forms (fixed camera, fast motion in the frame, outdoors and vehicles, security check); the test report is an attachment to the technical specification.
  9. 9.Price: per unit excl. VAT, base configuration; volume pricing (1 / 10 / 100 / 1,000 units) — in the quotation; quotation valid 30 days; price revision formula tied to the Bank of Russia exchange rate and the DRAM index — in the contract.
