Prices on request
Prices are given in the quotation: they depend on volume, the Bank of Russia exchange rate, the DRAM index and the NVIDIA price list, so they are fixed in a quotation valid for 30 days. Below: SKUs with availability and lead time; prices at 1 / 10 / 100 units and for options are given in the quotation — the form is at the bottom of the page, reply within 2 business days.

One-off engineering work as a separate line in the quotation, paid before the work starts. Estimates take 2 business days and are free.
- Conversion of your model for the NPU (ONNX → RKNN INT8) with accuracy measured before and after — you receive a measured accuracy figure, not just the word "optimized"
- A system image on your base OS (Ubuntu LTS; Astra SE / RED OS / ALT — verified on samples) or on your Jetson carrier board
- Secure boot, integrity verification and data-at-rest encryption per your project requirements
- Integration of updates into your fleet-management (device management) platform (Mender / RAUC / your own) or a connector from the model container to your message bus (MQTT, Kafka, HTTP) following your schema
- Enclosure, mounting, cable harness and power supply for your site or machinery
- Industrial builds: −40 °C, CAN / RS-485, PoE output, GMSL2 — made to order per the catalog page
Installation is not included: it is quoted separately by a service partner in the region; we give a reference figure in the quotation.

Warranty, RMA, replacement units
1-year warranty; replacement unit shipped from the warehouse within 2 business days after RMA confirmation, for batches — spares on site. The step-by-step procedure is below; service partners in the regions — as agreements are signed.

RMA procedure step by step
- 1Request to info@firai.ru with the serial number and the device's health log.
- 2Remote diagnostics within 4 business hours; if the fault is confirmed — an RMA number.
- 3Replacement unit shipped from the warehouse in Russia within 2 business days after the RMA number is issued, delivered by carrier (transit time depends on the region); if the batch includes spares — immediate swap on site. Settings are restored from your configuration backup.
- 4Courier pickup of the faulty unit booked within 2 business days after the replacement ships; root-cause analysis and a report in the RMA record.
- 5Repair or replacement; the outcome is recorded in the product passport.
